Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment equivalent to 10 months' price. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) exclusive of applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect on their subscription.
Registration grants permanent access to the Reader Free tier at no cost. No credit card is required to register or to maintain free tier access. The Reader Free tier is ad-supported and includes access to alerts, summaries, the first three sections of every brief, your regulatory universe map, and the Misinformation Register, subject to usage limits published on our Pricing page.
You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time. Paid plans require a valid payment method and are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Reader Free tier with no further charges.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual). Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Overages: Certain features (additional briefings beyond your included allocation, archive searches beyond your included limit, Guided Research sessions) are charged at the rates published on our pricing page and accumulated monthly. You will be notified before any overage charge is processed.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis where a demonstrable technical fault on our part prevented you from accessing the service.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt to collect payment. Continued failure to pay may result in downgrade to the Reader Free tier.
Mid-cycle upgrades: If you upgrade your subscription mid-cycle, the upgrade takes effect immediately and is applied retrospectively from the start of your current billing cycle. Any credit due is applied to your next invoice.
Each subscription tier includes defined usage allocations. You agree not to:
